Never worry about outdated policies again

Legal expertise, minus the complexity

Your employee handbook is more than a document—it’s your first line of legal defense and a reflection of your company culture. But it only works if it stays up to date. With SixFifty, you get legally sound, easy-to-understand policies without the lawyer-speak.

Compliance at every level

Ensure your handbook meets state, city, and county-specific requirements, so you’re always covered—no matter where your employees work.

One less thing for HR to worry about

Legal fees add up, and manual handbook updates eat into your time. HR wears enough hats—employment lawyer shouldn’t have to be one of them. Automate handbook creation, law monitoring, and updates so you can focus on, well, everything else.

Handbooks, built your way

Your handbook, your rules (well, plus the law). Create and customize policies in the format that fits your business best. Build a multi-state handbook from scratch, generate state addenda to supplement an existing handbook, or select individual policies from our library to meet your specific needs. No matter how you structure it, SixFifty makes it easy to stay compliant and keep your handbook up to date.

Loved by companies of all sizes

“It’s just easy, I don’t have to pay attention to different sources for updates, since SixFifty is so good at telling us what’s coming or what we need to put in. It’s been really simple and takes a lot of the headache out of maintaining a handbook. The cost of SixFifty is very immaterial to pay for this and get what we’re getting.”

Adey Tadesse-Heath
VP of Human Resources, FloQast

“The product has been so easy to use. I've created three offer letters and employment agreements as well as a new employee handbook in the last few weeks. Having the ability to put these things together in compliance with specific state laws puts my mind at ease and allows me to make sure we're offering our staff everything they're entitled to.”

Judy Blair
Chief of Staff, Diverse City Group

“SixFifty allows me to focus on more of the strategic areas of my job…we work with a lot of startups to create their foundation of HR processes, policies, et cetera…using a tool like SixFifty has allowed us to do that a lot faster.”

Sarah Wilkins
COO, Reverb

“Our risk exposure has dropped tremendously since using SixFifty. I now have this record that shows we weren’t negligent in following state employment law. You can’t really measure the ROI of the platform as a simple cost savings. In HR, the real benefit is in what doesn’t happen—the lawsuits we avoid, the enforcement actions we avoid.”

Catherine Finn
HR Contractor, The University of San Francisco
