Domestic Customers:
Most of our shipping is done with USPS Priority Mail. Small items are shipped with USPS First Class. Large and oversized items such as bikes will be shipped with FedEx Ground. We provide free shipping on items $100 or more in the lower 48 states. Customers outside this area will be charged shipping. Large and oversized items cannot be shipping to P.O. Boxes, F.P.O’s or A.P.O’s due to USPS size restrictions. Please provide an alternate address, otherwise additional shipping fees will be charged to split order into smaller boxes.
International Customers:
All International shipments will be shipped via USPS Priority International. We will be more than happy to ship bikes internationally. Please contact us for shipping costs. USPS International Express is also available.
Processing:
We ship products out the next business day. In some rare cases is may take up to 3 days. Complete bikes are shipped within 1-3 days. This is due to the time we take to assemble and package each bike.
