Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed. You must contact us before returning any items. We will provide you an RMA number, please display this on the outside of the return box. Any items received with out an RMA number will not be processed.
Defective/Damaged Items:
Please contact us for an RMA number. We will send you a prepaid FedEx label through email for return shipping. Once we receive the product back, we will either issue a refund or a replacement. We must be informed within 10 business days of receipt for any damaged items, this excludes warranty issues. If an item breaks or fails after use, please contact us for warranty information. All products come with a full manufacturers warranty
Exchanges and Returns:
Any items that are not defective or damaged will be subject to a restocking fee. All returns requests must be made within 5 business days of receiving the item. The restocking fee is 20% of the price or $10 which ever is greater. This fee helps us recoup our initial shipping and processing costs. Be aware that returned items must be in unused condition with tags and packaging. We will not allow any exceptions. Shipping cost of an exchange or return item that is not defective or damaged is the responsibility of the customer.
